            Ms. Marquez has more than five years of legal experience in (1) construction defect litigation; (2) claims pertaining to personal injury; and (3) premises liability.

            Ms. Marquez� practice focuses on the defense of companies and individuals in a variety of different forums whether the cases are in litigation, mediation, or binding and non-binding arbitration.

            Ms. Marquez graduated from the University of Redlands in Redlands, California in 1991 with Bachelor of Art degrees in Political Science and Spanish. During her tenure as a student, she participated in various study abroad programs in Mexico, England, and Spain.

            Ms. Marquez received her Juris Doctor degree in 2001 from University of La Verne, College of Law. She also served as Articles Editor for the 2000-2001 school publication of the Journal of Juvenile Law and served as an ssociate editor from 1999-2000. During that time, Ms. Marquez also participated as a founding member of the Science Fiction Law Society. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in June 2002.
