            Mr. Lynch has extensive experience in the representation of design professionals and contractors in litigation, mediation, arbitration and claims before the California State Administrative Boards, such as the Contractors' State License Board and the California Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. He also represents small businesses in contract disputes and in the defense of bodily injury and premises liability claims. Mr. Lynch is well versed in handling litigation matters from inception through trial. He also has significant Law and Motion practice and has an excellent record of prevailing on motions for summary judgment.


            Mr. Lynch was admitted to the State Bar of California in December of 1997 and to the United States District Court for the Central District of California in 2000.


            Mr. Lynch received his Juris Doctor degree in 1997 from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as the Executive Editor for the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal and participated in the Georgetown Juvenile Justice Clinic, representing adolescents in detention hearings in the Washington D.C. area.


            Mr. Lynch graduated cum laude from the University of California, Riverside, in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History.
