            Ms. Green has more than 5 years of legal experience in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury (including claims related to soft-tissue injuries, spinal fractures, respiratory problems, voice loss, burn injuries and head injuries), premises liability and construction defect litigation. She also has experience in environmental law and toxic tort cases dealing with groundwater contamination. She augments her environmental law experience with the knowledge she gained working with the South Coast Air Quality District for nine years.

            Ms. Green's practice focuses on the defense of corporations and individuals in a variety of different forums, whether the cases are in litigation, mediation, or binding and non-binding arbitration.

            Ms. Green graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She has also taken numerous classes towards a certificate from the University of California, Riverside in the area of Hazardous Materials Management.

            Ms. Green received her Juris Doctor degree in 2000 from Western State University College of Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2000 and to the United States District Court for the Central District of California in 2001.
