Mary F. Diaz, Office Administrator/Paralegal


            Mary F. Diaz graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2006 with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration.


            Her legal career began in 1991, when she served as a Marine in the United States Marine Corps from 1991 to 1999 as a legal services specialist for the Judge Advocate General. Her work for the Judge Advocate General included assistance with military investigations, courts-martial and administrative separations as well as judicial advocacy.


            Upon a successful tour in the Marine Corps, she continued her legal career and received a paralegal certification through the University of California, San Marcos in 1999. Thereafter, she worked in several plaintiff and defense law firms assisting in the management of cases involving construction defect, insurance defense, personal injury and civil litigation.


            In September 2004, Mary F. Diaz joined the law firm of McMahon Law Firm, Inc. and is the office administrator. She continues to also provide paralegal support to the attorneys of the firm which specializes in litigation, insurance defense cases and local businesses against personal-injury lawsuits.


            Mary F. Diaz is currently pursuing her Masters in Human Resources through the University of Phoenix. She enjoys an active lifestyle and currently resides in Temecula, California.
