These cases have included claims for injuries based on fire, construction-site accidents, assault and a myriad number of slip and fall incidents.
We pride ourselves on the ability to identify legal issues that may be ripe for summary judgment. Victories in this arena include the grant of a motion for summary judgment in Riverside County against claims of
horrendous fire injuries to four (4) minors and a finding of no liability for the owner of a bar where a claimant’s slip and fall had allegedly caused debilitating brain damage.
